Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

About the Position

Assistant Manager: Supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Responsible for enforcing policies, scheduling, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely job completion, customer satisfaction, and safety.

Service Manager: Assists customers with tire selections and repairs, directs workflow of technicians, drives sales initiatives, and ensures customer satisfaction through high-quality service and timely vehicle repairs.

Qualifications
