Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

About the Position

We are looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our automotive service and retail tire sales centers in Ponte Vedra, FL. With over 2,000 locations, Mavis is among the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the U.S.

Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling technicians, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely work, and maintaining safety standards.

Service Manager

The Service Manager assists customers with tire and repair services, directs workflow of technicians, and ensures customer satisfaction through high-quality repairs and maintenance. They also drive sales initiatives and communicate with customers about automotive needs.

Qualifications

Applicants must be at least 18, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and have at least 1 year of experience in automotive parts/tire sales or repairs/maintenance, or a combination demonstrating the ability to perform the role.
