Position Overview

We are seeking full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join our team at our automotive service and retail tire sales centers in North Charleston, SC. With over 2,000 locations nationwide, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the U.S.

Responsibilities

1. Support the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations.
2. Enforce policies, manage work schedules, and oversee quality and timely completion of jobs.
3. Assist customers with tire selections and recommend necessary repairs.
4. Direct workflow of technicians and stage vehicle repairs/maintenance.
5. Communicate with customers to assess needs and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications
