About the Position

NTB is proud to join the Mavis Tire Family. We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in Houston, TX. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

Position Details
  • Assistant Manager: Supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining team safety.
  • Service Manager: Assists customers with tire and under-car repair recommendations, ensures customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality repairs, directs workflow of technicians, communicates with customers, assesses needs, and strives to meet expectations.

Qualifications
