Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

We're looking for full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at our state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Galveston, TX area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

About the Positions
  • Assistant Manager: Supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective operation of the retail location. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling staff, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely job completion, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining safety.
  • Service Manager: Assists customers with tire selections and under-car repairs, directs workflow of mechanics and technicians, drives sales initiatives, communicates with customers, assesses needs, and ensures customer satisfaction with vehicle repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
