Base pay range

$40,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

About the Position

We are seeking full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join our team at our automotive service and retail tire sales centers in Harrisburg, PA. Mavis Tires & Brakes is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the U.S., with over 2,000 locations.

Position Details
  • Assistant Manager: Supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling staff, managing orders, ensuring quality work, and maintaining safety standards.
  • Service Manager: Assists customers with tire and repair services, directs workflow of technicians, ensures customer satisfaction, and drives sales initiatives.

Qualifications
