About the Position

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join our team at our automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Valls Gate, NY area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

Assistant Manager

The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling technicians, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely job completion, and maintaining safety standards.

Service Manager

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and repairs, directs workflow of technicians, and ensures customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance. They also drive sales initiatives and communicate directly with customers to assess needs and recommend services.
