$40,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr
Assistant Manager: Supports the Store Manager to ensure efficient, safe, and effective store operations. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, scheduling work, managing orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining team safety.
Service Manager: Assists customers with tire selections and under-car repairs. Ensures customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality vehicle repairs and maintenance. Manages workflow of mechanics and technicians, communicates with customers, assesses needs, and strives to meet customer expectations.

Must be at least 18, legally authorized to work in the U.S., and possess at least 1 year of experience/training in automotive parts/tire sales or repairs/maintenance, or demonstrate equivalent skills.
