Your Purpose as an Automotive Assistant Service Manager :

• Provides leadership through developing and coaching assigned service personnel.
• Assists service manager in leading the service department’s daily operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and guest experience.
• Collaborates with the service team to ensure timely and accurate completion of service orders and repairs.
• Provides support in handling inquiries, guest concerns, escalations, and ensuring prompt resolution for guest satisfaction.
• Assists in maintaining accurate service records, including guest information, service history, and vehicle maintenance records.
• Helps monitor and maintain adequate inventory level of supplies, ensuring availability for timely repair orders.
• Assists in training and mentoring service department staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
• Collaborates with other departments across the total store to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
• Other Duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
• Management experience preferred
