Job summary

100Hires, Inc. in Michigan is seeking a General Production Worker to support daily automotive assembly operations. You will adapt Lean principles, operate secondary assembly machinery, visually inspect parts, and verify quality according to the Control Plan and Quality check sheets.

You must document production data daily, scan and print SAP labels, and participate in waste-elimination activities. Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced plant environment and have a high school diploma

Qualifications

• Ability to use a computer and common workplace tools (computers, SAP handheld scanners, printers).
• Familiarity with IATF16949, ISO 14001, and Q1 compliance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and promote Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Active participant in the Elimination of Waste Team Program.
• Report quality defects to the Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Maintain high pace in an automotive production environment.
• Fully complete and update daily paperwork (production reports, PPLH, scrap reports, 5S).
• Scan and print SAP product labels as required.
