Job summary

G.Z.Q.S.O. in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking dependable Assembly Associates to support a fast-paced automotive manufacturing operation. You will join a team assembling bumper systems and components while maintaining safety and quality standards.

This hands-on role involves standing for long periods, using basic tools, and performing repetitive assembly tasks across shifts. Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing or automotive assembly is helpful but not required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written work instructions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive bumper systems and related components according to work instructions and production specifications
• Install bolts, screws, clips, wiring, and other components
• Operate basic hand tools, drills, and other assembly equipment
• Inspect completed parts for quality, proper fit, and accuracy
• Identify and report defects or assembly concerns
• Follow established production, quality, and safety procedures
• Maintain required production pace and efficiency
• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
• Work closely with team members, team leaders, and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Perform other production or assembly duties as assigned
