Job summary

Slate is building safe, reliable vehicles in the USA and is hiring for Team Members in the General Assembly. You will support daily assembly, follow standard work, produce quality components, and help sustain a culture of continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent); automotive/manufacturing experience is a plus. You should follow instructions, communicate clearly, and work well in a team while participating in 5S and Kaizen

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly tasks on Trim, Chassis, or Final Line following standard operating procedures.
• Meet daily production targets with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Communicate issues or abnormalities promptly to Team Leaders.
• Follow all safety standards, OSHA regulations, and environmental guidelines.
• Participate in 5S, Kaizen, and other improvement initiatives.
