Job summary

Responsibilities include assembling traditional automotive components, reporting issues promptly, and collaborating with Team Leaders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience in automotive manufacturing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments preferred.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of lean manufacturing and production environments.

Responsibilities

• Production duties: perform assembly tasks on automotive trim, chassis or final line following SOPs and meet daily production targets.
• Safety & compliance: follow OSHA standards and environmental guidelines, participate in safety audits and wear PPE.
• Teamwork & collaboration: work with team members and leaders to maintain a positive, accountable work environment.
• Quality responsibilities: ensure components meet quality specs and report defects or non-conformances.
• Continuous improvement: participate in 5S, Kaizen and other improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve workflow.
