Production Assemblers & Forklift Operators | Lansing, MI Pay: $17.25–$19.15/hour | Entry Level | Multiple Shifts

Cardinal Staffing Services is immediately hiring Production Assemblers and Forklift Operators in Lansing, MI. Join a fast-paced automotive production team supporting the assembly of front and rear bumpers for GM vehicles.

What You’ll Do As a Production Assembler:

• Perform basic automotive assembly and production work
• Complete quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Follow all safety procedures and work instructions
• Stand and work on your feet for extended periods
• Operate a forklift safely and follow all required protocols for forklift positions

Production Assembler & Forklift Pay:

• Production & Assembly: $17.25–$17.65/hour
• Forklift Operators: Additional $1.50/hour
• Referral and attendance bonuses available

Production Assembler & Forklift Schedule:

Candidates must have open availability for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

• 10–12 hour shifts
• 5–6 day workweeks
• Overtime may be required

Production Assembler & Forklift Qualifications:

• No previous manufacturing experience required
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
