Job summary

Zimbrick Volkswagen of Madison is seeking a motivated student to join its Youth Apprenticeship program in Madison, Wisconsin. This on-site, part-time role supports the Service, Parts, and Sales teams while learning dealership operations and customer service skills.

You will assist with vehicle prep, showroom/lot organization and safety procedures, gaining hands-on experience in automotive industry workflows and professional workplace expectations.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a high school Youth Apprenticeship Program.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (preferred or as required by the program).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vehicle preparation and lot organization.
• Wash and vacuum customer and inventory vehicles.
• Support the Service, Parts, and Sales teams with daily tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Learn dealership operations and customer service skills.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
