Job summary

Yanfeng US Automotive Interior Systems I LLC is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (Architecture) to develop and implement manufacturing strategies. You will leverage knowledge of product design, materials, tooling and equipment capabilities, and assembly methods to optimize workflow and quality control.

The role requires 3-5+ years in manufacturing/process engineering, ability to travel to customer sites, and experience with AutoCAD are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, advanced manufacturing, process engineering, tooling, or similar.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites, including plants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies using product design, materials, tooling and equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
• Create plans to optimize workforce utilization, space requirements, and workflow.
• Define tooling and equipment specifications and coordinate with vendors to install in the facility.
