Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician for our service center in the Katy, TX area. Technicians use state-of-the-art equipment to align tires and wheels, measuring and adjusting caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to reduce wear and keep vehicles travelling straight and true.

They also complete state inspections, oil changes, and basic repairs as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires.

Responsibilities

• Align tires using the latest equipment and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles.
• Complete state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs as needed.
• Perform other required automotive service or vehicle repairs for customers.

Skills

Experience in tire mounting/balancing

Legal work authorization in the United
