Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is hiring a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician to join Team Mavis at our Morehead City, NC area centers. You’ll work with the latest alignment equipment to adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles, keeping tires wearing evenly and vehicles tracking true.

Responsibilities include inspections and routine repairs; oil and filter changes; and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 1 year of experience or training in mounting, dismounting, rotating and balancing tires.
• Preferred state inspection license.

Responsibilities

• Align newly mounted tires and wheels using alignment equipment to adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles.
• Reduce tire wear and ensure vehicles travel straight and true.
• Perform state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs; assist with other required automotive services.
