Jiffy Lube Alignment techs perform our Signature Service Oil Change, routine preventative maintenance, wheel alignments, vehicle testing, diagnosis, service, and repair. This role is vital to our success, with comprehensive training from Jiffy Lube University, including the opportunity to earn up to 32 college credits through Ace Accreditation.

Our core business now includes major and minor repairs from tires to brakes, engine performance, suspension, and electrical systems, enabling us to compete with dealerships and repair shops.

Physical Qualifications
  • Operate equipment such as oil guns, transmission and A/C service machines, hand tools, and shop equipment
  • Lift and move items up to 50 pounds
  • Push, pull, lift, bend, twist, and raise arms as needed
Job Duties
  • Perform oil changes and fluid flushes
  • Inspect and replace filters, lights, wipers, and perform preventative maintenance
  • Use Hunter WA-470 system for wheel alignments
  • Service tires, brakes, suspensions, shocks, axles, engines, and perform minor repairs

Certification can lead to advancement opportunities such as Service Advisor and Supervisor-Key Holder roles.

Qualifications

Minimum 1-year experience in automotive service, dealership, or quick lube; ASE certification is a plus; experience with computerized alignment equipment required.
