Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking an Automotive ADAS Technician in Wisconsin to interact with customers, test and repair vehicles, generate invoices, manage inventory, and maintain service vehicles. The role emphasizes diagnostics, ADAS calibration, wiring repairs, and collaboration with the team to schedule jobs.

Experience in automotive/electronic tech and high school education required. Overtime eligibility and full-time schedule are included in compensation details.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years automotive/electronic technician experience.
• Knowledge of OE scan tools and wiring repair procedures.
• Ability to service A/C systems and perform diagnostic testing.

Responsibilities

• Determines testing and analysis by communicating with shop representatives and reviews all estimates for repair.
• Performs diagnostic testing, programming, ADAS calibrations and analysis.
• Performs wiring repairs.
• Advises shop of needed repairs.
• Keeps inventory of stock, communicating with support staff for needed orders and verifying order receipts.
• Writes, prints and emails service invoices.
• Collects signature or payment for work performed.
• Delivers completed invoices and payments to office in orderly manner.
• Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshoots breakdowns; maintains supplies; performs preventative maintenance; advises management of repairs; keeps Google Drive up to date.
• Collaborates with teammates according to PPT guidelines to schedule/complete jobs.
• Other duties, as assigned.
