Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a Calibration Technician Apprentice to learn how to perform Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations according to OE specs. You will be mentored and trained, gaining hands-on experience across many manufacturers while progressing to a Calibrations Technician role by the seventh month.

The position is a paid apprenticeship with weekly pay, benefits from day one, and opportunities for career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our insurance policy.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.
• Nice to have automotive experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform advanced driver assistance system calibrations following OE specifications and repair standards.
• Gain hands-on experience across a wide range of manufacturers with mentorship until graduation to a Calibrations Technician role.

Protech Automotive Solutions is hiring for a Protech Calibration Technician Apprentice.

In this paid apprenticeship you will be provided mentorship and training to learn how to perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System Calibrations by following OE specifications and repair standards. You will gain confidence as a calibration technician across a wide range of manufacturers. Initial training is provided by Protech as well as a robust virtual support team and continuing education on new vehicle technology. The goal will be to graduate from a Calibration Technician Apprentice to either a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration by the end of the 7th month in this roll.

• Up to $25.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our insurance policy
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous automotive experience

Abilites/Skills/Knownledge

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
