Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions is hiring a Calibration Technician Apprentice to learn and perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations following OE specifications. You will be mentored, trained and supported virtually to grow into a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration by month seven.

The role includes paid training, weekly pay, and opportunities for overtime, with early eligibility for medical, dental and vision benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for company insurance
• Pass pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
• Nice to have automotive experience (not required)

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations following OE specifications and repair standards
• Graduate from Calibration Technician Apprentice to Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration by end of month 7
• Receive mentorship, training and ongoing education on vehicle technology
• Work in a production shop with a focus on quality and safety

Protech Automotive Solutions is hiring for a Protech Calibration Technician Apprentice.

In this paid apprenticeship you will be provided mentorship and training to learn how to perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System Calibrations by following OE specifications and repair standards. You will gain confidence as a calibration technician across a wide range of manufacturers. Initial training is provided by Protech as well as a robust virtual support team and continuing education on new vehicle technology. The goal will be to graduate from a Calibration Technician Apprentice to either a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration by the end of the 7th month in this roll.

Requirements

• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our insurance policy
• Must be able to pass all pre‑employment screenings including background and MVR checks
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous automotive experience

Abilites/Skills/Knownledge

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment
