Job summary

Protech Automotive Solutions is seeking a Calibration Technician Apprentice. This paid apprenticeship provides mentorship and hands-on training to learn Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations, following OE specifications and repair standards.

You will gain confidence across many manufacturers and graduate to a Protech Calibration Technician or On-Site Calibration role by month seven. You will benefit from immediate eligibility for medical, dental and vision, weekly pay with overtime,

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old and possess a valid driver’s license with eligibility for company coverage.
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks.
• Nice to have prior automotive experience, but not required.
• Ability to understand and follow written and spoken instructions.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System calibrations by following OE specifications and repair standards.
• Receive mentorship and training to progress from Calibration Technician Apprentice to full technician roles.
• Participate in ongoing training and education on new vehicle technology and calibrations.
• Contribute to a fast-paced production shop while building hands-on calibration skills across multiple manufacturers.

Job description

Protech Automotive Solutions is hiring for a Protech Calibration Technician Apprentice. In this paid apprenticeship you will be provided mentorship and training to learn how to perform a wide range of Advanced Driver Assistance System Calibrations by following OE specifications and repair standards. You will gain confidence as a calibration technician across a wide range of manufacturers. Initial training is provided by Protech as well as a robust virtual support team and continuing education on new vehicle technology. The goal will be to graduate from a Calibration Technician Apprentice to either a Protech Calibration Technician or On‑Site Calibration by the end of the 7th month in this role.

REQUIREMENTS

• Be at least 21+ years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our insurance policy.
• Must be able to pass all pre‑employment screenings including background and MVR checks.
• Nice to have, but not required: Previous automotive experience.

ABILITES/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal.
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast‑paced environment.
