Job summary

The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated Automotive Accounting Clerk to join our team at Toyota Trevose. While automotive experience is a plus, it is not required; we provide training and growth opportunities for talented, energetic individuals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor’s in accounting preferred.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and with staff at all levels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic and intermediate accounting operations for multiple Faulkner dealerships.
• Post accounts receivable and/or payable invoices into the accounting system.
• Reconcile accounts on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Protect company and customer information.
