Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of agency account management or related experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience supporting client relationships with senior leaders.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to synthesize information into clear actions.
• PowerPoint skills for presentation development.
• Experience collaborating with creative, production and other disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Support senior account leads with day-to-day client needs and deliverables.
• Track industry trends, competitive activity, and insights to inform recommendations.
• Manage multiple workstreams from intake to delivery including timelines and approvals.
• Coordinate work across account, strategy, creative, production and other disciplines.
• Develop strategic presentations, briefs, and executive communications.
• Organize inputs, refine copy, and ensure client-ready decks.
• Support internal briefings and manage revisions, approvals and delivery.
• Handle meeting prep, status tracking, asset routing, and approvals.
• Maintain visibility across active workstreams for clear priorities.
• Identify gaps and escalate decisions to senior team members when appropriate.
• Build relationships with internal teams and client partners to support senior leads.
