Group 1 Automotive, Inc. is seeking a motivated Accessories Technician to join Group 1 Chevrolet Hub City as part of a Fortune 250 automotive retailer.

This role offers opportunities to work on a variety of aftermarket accessories and collaborate with a skilled team in a fast-paced shop. You will install items such as grill guards, hitches, camper shells, bed covers, and lighting, while ensuring safety and quality standards and delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience installing aftermarket vehicle accessories preferred but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience with automotive electrical systems is an advantage.
• Ability to read installation instructions and technical manuals.
• High attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Current driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to safely lift and handle vehicle accessories.
• Must be able to pass respirator exam.

Responsibilities

• Install a wide range of vehicle accessories per manufacturer specs.
• Diagnose and resolve installation issues.
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop.
• Work effectively as part of a team while managing jobs independently.
