Job summary

Radco Truck Accessory Store in Minnesota is seeking a motivated, guest-focused sales associate to help guests enhance and customize their vehicles. If you love cars, sales, and delivering great service, this is a great place to grow with our team.

The role features a 5-day workweek (4 weekdays plus Saturday) with Sundays off, starting hourly pay $18–$19 plus an extra $5 per hour on Saturdays. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Sell accessories to guests to customize their rides.
• Assist guests in selecting automotive accessories (tonneau covers, toppers, mudflaps, lighting, etc).
• Communicate with guests to understand desires, provide recommendations, and explain installation steps.
• Inform guests about product features and options.
• Generate sales through in-store, phone, and follow-up interactions.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Build long-term guest relations and repeat business.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate installation scheduling.
• Provide updates to guests during installation process.
• Demonstrate product usage and benefits to guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and displays.
• Show passion for vehicles and guest service.
• Create experiences of Excellence in the store.

Prior automotive experience is a plus though is not required. We have outstanding training opportunities available to those willing to grow. Candidates must be passionate about working in the exciting Automotive industry!
The starting hourly pay rate range for this position is $18.00 – $19.00+ (and an extra $5.00/hr. for each hour worked on Saturday) and will be evaluated based upon relevant skills, training, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
