WITRON is seeking motivated Machine Operators to join a high-performance warehouse distribution team. You will operate and monitor a state-of-the-art automated material handling system (MHE) inside a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, conveyors, or automated equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers, HMIs, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated material handling equipment (MHE) and systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults, system errors, and material flow issues.
• Perform basic maintenance and system recovery tasks.
• Clear product jams, packaging issues, and carrier obstructions within the system.
• Support continuous warehouse automation operations to ensure efficiency and uptime.
