WITRON is seeking motivated and dependable Machine Operators to join our high-performance warehouse distribution team in Lansing, MI. You will operate and monitor a state-of-the-art automated material handling system (MHE) inside a fast-paced distribution center environment.

Qualifications

1–2 years of warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of conveyors or automated equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using computers and warehouse management systems.
Team-oriented in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor automated material handling equipment (MHE) and systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment faults, system errors, and material flow issues
Perform basic maintenance and system recovery tasks
Clear product jams, packaging issues, and carrier obstructions within the system
Support continuous warehouse automation operations to ensure efficiency and uptime
Collaborate with team members and maintenance personnel to maintain system performance
