Technical Information:

• Pay: $90-99 hourly, depending on experience level
• Fully onsite position
• 9-month contract assignment, with potential for extension

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, with 10+ years of experience in process automation and CSV
• Experience with commissioning and qualification of control systems and code configuration
• DeltaV experience

Job Description:

• Develop an automation commissioning and testing program
• Create guidance documents describing workflows and testing objectives
• Identify defects for correction or removal prior to operational use
• Reduce risk of failures affecting patient safety, product quality, or data integrity
• Demonstrate that configurations meet their requirements
• Provide evidence that the system is fit for its intended use
• Support user acceptance and meet key regulatory requirements
• Ensure effective risk management controls
• Provide guidance for workflow stages including test planning, management, cases, and execution
• Use Kneat and DeltaV software
• Perform standard tests for common automation change tasks
• Develop templates for planning, test cases, and final reports where applicable
