Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience troubleshooting automated equipment.
• Familiarity with HMI/PLC/robotic systems.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated production and assembly equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment downtime and keep production running.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance, repairs, and line changes.
• Work with HMIs, PLCs, robotics, and automated equipment to identify issues.
• Perform quality inspections with calipers, micrometers and gauges.
• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Follow production standards for safety, quality, cycle-time, productivity.
• Escalate issues when necessary.
• Participate in 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and CI activities.
• Support root-cause problem solving using 5-Why and 8D.
• Rotate between production duties and support cross-training.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
