Job summary

UCPath seeks a hands-on Test Automation/AI Solutions Lead to support three priority efforts: FICA redesign, Conversational AI, and RPA. This role champions test automation and AI-enabled SDLC practices across the enterprise.

Key duties include designing and implementing test solutions, AI-enabled workflows, and enterprise integration via REST/JSON/SQL, with focus on governance, security, and production support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in designing and building test solutions and related test plans, dashboards, management frameworks and automation.
• Hands-on experience designing and building AI agents, AI-enabled workflows, and automation using enterprise AI tools.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, tool use, AI evaluation techniques, and reusable prompt/agent patterns.
• Experience integrating AI and automation into enterprise applications and workflows using REST APIs, JSON, SQL, scripting, and workflow orchestration.
• Experience supporting SDLC activities, including requirements, design documentation, test case generation, automated testing, deployment support, and incident/problem analysis.
• Knowledge of enterprise security, access controls, data privacy, responsible AI, logging, monitoring, and production support practices.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, coach teams, and influence practical adoption of automation and AI.

UCPath requires a hands-on Test Automation/AI Solutions Lead to provide dedicated technical support across three priority efforts: FICA redesign, Conversational AI and RPA. The role will support test automation and AI-enabled SDLC practices, advance CAI solutions from design through production support and expand RPA and hybrid automation capabilities. This shared resource will improve ITSS delivery quality and efficiency, establish reusable enterprise patterns and reduce one-off solutions while operating within established security, privacy, and data-handling within responsible AI controls.

• Practical knowledge of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), embeddings, tool use, AI evaluation techniques, and reusable prompt/agent patterns: Required
• Experience integrating AI and automation into enterprise applications and workflows using REST APIs, JSON, SQL, scripting, and workflow orchestration: Required
• Experience supporting SDLC activities, including requirements, design documentation, test case generation, automated testing, deployment support, and incident/problem analysis: Required
• Knowledge of enterprise security, access controls, data privacy, responsible AI, logging, monitoring, and production support practices: Required

• Working knowledge of JIRA and ServiceNow, including native AI capabilities and process automation use cases: Preferred
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, OpenAI, or Azure AI and automation/testing platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or TestComplete: Preferred
• Familiarity with complex enterprise environments such as PeopleSoft, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, and JIRA, along with agile delivery, DevOps, enterprise architecture, and change management practices: Preferred
• Experience establishing AI governance, observability, evaluation, monitoring, prompt catalogs, agent templates, playbooks, or reference architectures: Preferred

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant enterprise experience: Preferred
