We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Automated Test Lead with extensive experience in Selenium and C# to join our dynamic QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test plans and scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of our applications. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA professionals to uphold high-quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and C#.
  • Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test data based on project requirements and design specifications.
  • Execute automated and manual tests, validate results, and document defects.
  • Enhance and maintain existing test automation frameworks using SpecFlow (BDD), Cucumber, and Page Object Model.
  • Participate in design and brainstorming sessions to contribute to test strategy and coverage.
  • Analyze application behavior and performance to identify potential issues and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Harness, and Azure DevOps.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards using tools like Fortify, WebInspect, and OWASP Top 10.
  • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in automated testing using Selenium WebDriver, Selenium IDE, and C#.
  • Strong experience with SpecFlow, Cucumber, and BDD methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server, Windows Server, IIS, and the .NET stack.
  • Hands-on experience with Git, Jira, Confluence, TFS, and MS Test Manager.
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Familiarity with security testing tools such as Fortify, MAST, DAST, and WebInspect.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Salary Transparency Language:

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $70000 - $101226/yearly.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
