Housing stipends are available for onsite Illinois interns. Under supervision, you will assist in creating test plans, developing test capabilities, and maintaining schematics, BOMs, and documentation.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering (preferably junior/senior).
• Proficient with MS Office tools.
• Basic troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience with common measurement instruments: DMM and oscilloscope.
• Highly organized and eager to learn.
• Able to follow standard instructions provided by a mentor.
• Self-motivated, team player, detail oriented.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Assist in developing written test plans based on new product requirements and schematics.
• Assist in developing test capabilities using off-the-shelf solutions, software-defined test instrumentation, or custom hardware.
• Create and maintain schematics, BOMs, test specs, and other documentation for test systems.
• Create and maintain functional test programs to automate measurements, signal path switching, and product control.
• Provide basic electrical verification and troubleshooting of test fixtures, components, and racks.
