Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in test engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in programming languages for test automation (Python, C#, LabVIEW).
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying automated test fixtures and systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control methodologies, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Designing and executing test plans for new manufacturing equipment.
• Developing and maintaining automated test scripts for production lines.
• Analyzing test data to identify product defects and process inefficiencies.
• Collaborating with design and production teams to resolve identified issues.
• Performing root cause analysis for failed tests and product non-conformances.
• Documenting test procedures, results, and defect reports.
