Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, QC, and SPC.
• Experience with test methodologies and equipment (ICT, FCT, environmental chambers, DAQ).
• Ability to read schematics and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with development teams for resolution.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Collaborate with design and production to ensure product quality and testability.
• Analyze test data and generate reports to provide insights on performance and quality.
