The role emphasizes scalable automation frameworks, API, UI, and backend testing, with experience in Tosca, Selenium, Playwright or Cypress, and CI/CD pipelines. Hybrid work schedule offered with approval.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in P&C insurance domain.
• 3-5 years of experience in test automation.
• Proficiency with Tricentis Tosca, Selenium, Playwright or Cypress.
• Experience with API testing (Postman or REST Assured).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Strong Agile QA methodologies, test planning, and defect management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and maintainable automated test frameworks using Tricentis Tosca and other tools.
• Translate business and functional requirements into automated test strategies and plans.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, accessibility testing across web and backend systems.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and product owners to ensure test coverage.
• Execute automated tests, log defects, and track to closure using Azure DevOps.
• Develop automated tests for APIs, UI, and back-end systems.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and review their test scripts.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Maintain test documentation and share knowledge across QA teams.
