Job summary

Infosys Financial Services seeks a Technology Consultant 2 to document requirements, guide design decisions, and contribute to coding and testing to deliver stable software solutions for banking, wealth management, and insurance clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform code reviews, implement test strategies, and help develop training materials while supporting production issue resolution and knowledge management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education may be considered.
• Position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship; Infosys cannot sponsor at this time.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting assigned parts of business requirements.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document design decisions for the technical team.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features, maintaining system stability.
• Perform code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, and coordinate bug fixes to ensure software quality.
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks for new software.
• Resolve production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance reliability.
• Maintain records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base.
