Job summary

You will work with engineering teams and veteran technicians to troubleshoot, refine, and enhance automated systems that drive production success. The role emphasizes preventative maintenance and rapid fault analysis to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

We are specifically seeking technicians with a proven track record in automated facilities rather than general maintenance backgrounds.
You should demonstrate proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and electrical schematics, along with SCADA and PLC programming experience.

Responsibilities

Identify and fix faults within PLC-managed automation setups.
Ensure the reliability of industrial robotics, sensors, motor controls, and conveyor lines.
Analyze and rectify malfunctions in electrical control panels, drives, and VFDs.
Collaborate with automation engineers to boost system efficiency and performance.
Execute routine preventative maintenance tasks to keep production lines operating smoothly.
Minimize equipment downtime by performing root cause investigations.
