Job summary

Sofidel America is seeking an Automatic Warehouse Process Engineer to support and optimize automated warehouse operations in Inola, OK. You will work on AS/RS systems, drive performance enhancements, and collaborate with logistics, IT, and operations to ensure smooth daily activities.

You will apply your engineering background to maintain system reliability, mentor staff, and contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse automation, process engineering, or logistics operations.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS/RS technology preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system efficiency and reliability, identifying and resolving operational issues proactively.

• Train warehouse personnel on automation-related procedures, system use, and troubleshooting best practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of processes, technical procedures, and system configurations.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, operational standards, and compliance guidelines.

Position Overview

Sofidel America is seeking an Automatic Warehouse Process Engineer to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing performance of automated warehouse operations at our Inola, OK facility. This role is key in maintaining and improving the efficiency of our automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS) and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in a technologically advanced logistics environment.
