Qualifications

  • 1+ year experience in manufacturing, manual machining, and basic welding preferred.
  • Must maintain knowledge of manufacturing capabilities and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Train machine operators on automated systems functionality.
  • Perform preventative maintenance of robots and maintain documentation.
  • Propose optimization ideas for existing automation systems.

Job description

Join a team of professionals where you will be responsible for maintaining the existing automated systems at Turbocam.

Come Build with Us by:

  1. Training machine operators in basic functionality and recovery of automated systems.
  2. Performing recovery of automated systems within Turbocam.
  3. Providing pneumatic and mechanical system support.
  4. Working closely with machine maintenance on automation related issues.
  5. Observing current state of automation and propose ideas for optimization.
  6. Performing preventative maintenance of robots (battery, back up, filters, cleaning, etc.)
  7. Maintaining and fabricating safety guarding.
  8. Maintaining all necessary documentation, drawings, and data. Archive all information when projects are complete.
  9. Performing other duties as necessary.

Bring Your Expertise:

  1. High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  2. 1-year experience in a manufacturing environment, with 1-year manual machining and basic welding experience preferred.
  3. Mechanical proficiency.
  4. Basic fabrication ability, electrical and machining awareness.
  5. Good interpersonal, communication and organization skills. Ability to work well in a team environment.
  6. Must maintain knowledge of and the ability to articulate the company’s manufacturing capabilities, capacities and processes.
  7. Basic level in MS Office: Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  8. Must be able to lift 50 pounds in a safe manner, and request assistance when warranted.
