Job summary

Novo Nordisk NC site is seeking a skilled professional to assist in operation, maintenance, and system management of process control systems across the Clayton facility. You will help ensure uptime and reliability to support injectable diabetes and obesity treatments.

The role emphasizes hands-on maintenance, installation support, and adherence to cGMPs, with opportunities to grow within a global manufacturing network. We value initiative and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s degree in Electronics, Computers, Engineering or related field.
• GED with 4 years of instrumentation/control experience also considered.
• Experience supporting and maintaining process control systems preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) preferred.
• Knowledge of PLC/SCADA/HMI and DCS environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot & repair control system hardware.
• Perform routine, preventative & predictive maintenance.
• Assist in developing maintenance procedures.
• Support control system equipment installations.
• Assist in managing control system hardware inventory.
• Support plans to maintain & improve process control systems.
• Follow cGMPs and safety requirements.
