Qualifications

• Electrical, mechanical or related technical training.
• 1+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial/manufacturing/automation environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, motors, drives, controls, and PLCs.
• Comfortable working independently and in a team.
• Safety-focused with strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Able to work evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Exposure to freezer environments (PPE provided).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment, including conveyors, cranes, and material handling systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime and maximize performance.
• Support safe, efficient operations while keeping a clean, organized workspace.
• Participate in equipment commissioning and startup activities.
