Job Details:

SUMMARY: This position requires proficiency in multiple skill areas including electricity and electronics, fluid power, mechanical systems, and manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include high-level machine and systems troubleshooting and repair, assisting engineering and plant staff with system specifications, installation, and modifications, and providing technical support across operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Post-secondary training, such as an Associate (A.S.) degree in Electronics Technology or a related technical field, or a combination of education and experience, including skilled trades programs or military training.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in automation or industrial maintenance. At least 3 years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and editing Allen Bradley Programmable Logic Controllers. Proficient in using multimeters and insulation testers (Megger). Capable of planning and executing process improvement projects independently.
• Computer Skills: Strong skills in document organization, technical research, and familiarity with SAP Maintenance (proficiency or willingness to learn).
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication with team members at all levels.
• Special Skills: Ability to work effectively in a team, interact with management and operations, and demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Certifications: Any technical certifications are advantageous.
• Travel: 1-5 trips per year outside the assigned location.
• No sponsorship provided.

WORKING HOURS: Monday through Friday, 6am to 2pm or 10am to 6pm. Overtime and weekend work as needed.
