Job summary

Illinois Tool Works Inc. is seeking an Automation Technician to contribute to mechanical and automation assembly of industrial X‑ray systems. You will wire, route cables, and perform system power‑ups, while assisting in imaging testing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• X‑ray system startup and imaging testing (training provided).
• Preparation of equipment and systems for shipment.
• Completion of system quality documentation and ISO 9001 compliance.
• Adhere to NSI’s waste management and recycling policies.
• Maintain workspace cleanliness through 5S practices.
• Monitor and control stock inventory levels.
• Participation in improvement projects.
• Some travel may be required, up to 10%.

Compensation Information:

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $29-31/hr. based on education and experience.
