We are working with an established Industrial Products Manufacturer based in Sugarcreek, OH. They are recruiting for an Automation Maintenance Technician to join their team on 1st Shift (Mon - Fri) in return for a salary in the region of $80,000 - $90,000 along with excellent employment benefits which include 401K, Healthcare, Vision and Dental.

Duties as an Automation Maintenance Technician:

• PLC troubleshooting / Programming (Siemens and Allen Bradley)
• Plan and perform preventative maintenance
• Electrical and Mechanical Robotic troubleshooting (Fanuc and Kuka)
• Maintaining Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems
• Mechanical stripping and rebuilding of machinery
• Fitting and replacing machine parts
• Working (Installation, Replacement, Troubleshooting) with VFD’s (Danfoss, SEW, Lenze, Siemens)
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and Schematics
• Maintaining Oven, Furnaces, Fanuc Robots, Mold machines and Conveyors

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Industrial Electrician/Technician troubleshooting and repairs
• PLC Programming (Siemens and Allen Bradley)
• Electrical and Mechanical Robotic troubleshooting experience (Fanuc and Kuka)
