  • Hands‑on experience maintaining or repairing automated production equipment.
  • Ability to safely use diagnostic tools and standard hand tools.
  • Basic computer skills for system access, reporting, and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Perform troubleshooting on automated production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
  • Support installation, setup, calibration, and testing of automation equipment and related tooling.
  • Conduct routine and preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Assist automation engineers with equipment upgrades, optimization, and modification projects.
  • Document maintenance activities, equipment issues, and corrective actions in maintenance logs or system records.
  • Support root cause analysis for automation-related failures and assist with implementing corrective actions.
  • Monitor equipment performance and provide feedback to improve production stability and operational efficiency.
  • Follow all safety procedures, ESD controls, and facility protocols when working with manufacturing equipment.
