You will perform Preventative Maintenance and troubleshoot automation systems, focusing on minimizing downtime and ensuring stable operations. Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of maintenance or automation experience in a factory/plant environment.
• Experience reading electrical/mechanical drawings and troubleshooting industrial equipment.
• Ability to work in PPE for up to 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues on automation equipment.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance on automation equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers, shift leaders, and vendors to enhance system performance.

Skills

Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Understanding of industrial sensors

Basic understanding of PLC logic flow

Knowledge of robotics

Ability to interpret MES/SCADA data

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Associate degree (preferred)

Tools

PLC knowledge (Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi)

Automation systems (conveyors, robotics)
