Job summary

Coca-Cola Beverages Florida, LLC (Coke Florida) is seeking an Automation Systems Facilitator to join our Tampa Distribution Center team. The role starts at 9:00am and supports automated warehouse operations, conveyors, infeed/outfeed units, and palletizing cells in coordination with the maintenance team and warehouse leadership.

You will monitor system performance, troubleshoot constraints, manage SAP inventory, log events, and drive improvements in productivity and safety across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years beverage industry experience, manufacturing or warehousing preferred.
• Experience in a computer/automation environment desired.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated warehouse systems including conveyors and palletizing cells.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot to maintain up-time.
• Manage inventory in SAP and log major events and shift performance.
• Direct associates to respond to system alarms and escalate issues as needed.
• Support health, safety, hygiene and security standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and leadership to improve productivity and quality.
