The Automation Supervisor leads a team in an automated manufacturing environment, overseeing operations across one or more shifts. This role is responsible for driving improvements in efficiency, quality, safety, and cost, while ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration and employee engagement. The supervisor champions operational excellence using Lean tools, maintains regulatory compliance, and fosters a culture of safety and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a highly technical team and oversee up to 30 personnel.
• Communicate effectively across shifts and departments.
• Manage performance reviews, training, and team development.

Operational & Quality Excellence

• Analyze process data and implement quality improvements.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, SPC, and customer quality expectations.
• Monitor production metrics, scrap, and labor allocation.
• Contribute to budget planning and cost control.
• Align resources with supply plans and production schedules.

Safety & Culture

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Conduct safety audits and address unsafe conditions.
• Encourage employee involvement in safety and process improvements.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with maintenance and automation teams to improve uptime.
• Participate in investigations and corrective action planning.
• Represent the voice of the customer within operations.

Shift Hours:

• 2nd Shift: Sunday - Tuesday, every other Wednesday: 5pm - 5:30am
• 4th Shift: Thursday - Saturday, every other Wednesday: 5:00pm - 5:30am

Salary: $74,000 - $95,000, plus annual bonus potential up to 7%
